Ruben, you can obviously stack fans over back pass (not nearly as efficient
as water dip[washing flux as well]):
hard ways to protect fingers :
the clip on finger edge shields didn't work for you ?
Apart from dipping them in liquid nitro radicals ;
this one you should solve outside of the square :
edge clips , latex dip(drying time involved); tape(is kapton cheaper
nowadays they[Ihope]drop it out of wires?).
one totally wild : we did experiment (ages ago) with ordinary hardware
masking tapes and actually did find one (spraypainter's) which took the heat
and did not leave residue on fingers .

have a fun

Subject: [TN] Wave Solder Carriers Cooling system

I am currently using wave soldering carriers for some of my modules at wave
solder. We need to use them in order to protect the contact gold fingers.
We are currently using conductive cooling system by submerging them in
water but anyhow at the moment of using them they are still hot and wet. Is
there any possibility of using convective methods and some kind of rolling
conveyors or something?

Please help me out

Ruben
