How can one get an accurate measure of an oven's  temperature
differential stability parameter ? It seems to me that there are a lot
of variables out there such as the load capacity , the airflow in the
oven ,etc.
Thus if there are numerous ovens having the same kind of chamber but
different airflow within the oven, it
seems that there is no way to be able to derive a common temperature
stability factor, right ?
