TechNet is the best of many
you need not to pay a penny
for the wisdom, fun and friendship
open, free and good to any

Even without Dewey
you can find a thruway
to the answer you so want
TechNet is a speedway

This is what I found
a Forum rather sound
witty-wheezy-woozy
furthermore profund

Inge

Differences of opinions are the initiators of progress. I would hate to
add additional filters, as I have enough firewalls to go through now. I
am sure some already have Dewey filters. Here are the prose and cons
(pen pals):
Many ideas are pretty neat
Some others are extra sweet
Make sure analysis is complete
Before choosing to delete
Some are not who I am
Others belong to Uncle Sam
Hunger for knowledge on the lamb
I may even be tempted by spam

Subject: [TN] membership limitations to Technet

While I highly value the all-inclusive nature of this forum, it is
perhaps an exploitable feature as well. I continuously receive emails
from people offering services with whom I have had no previous
interactions, and I often assume (perhaps incorrectly?) that our contact
information and email addresses are being mined from the forum by those
who join simply to generate contact lists. Would limiting Technet
membership to those from domains whose companies are IPC members, or
requiring entering of an IPC membership number to register destroy the
all-inclusive nature, or improve the quality?

Does anyone else share these observations? Thoughts?
