Hi All,
- HEEEEELP!!!!!! I have an interesting dilemma.
We are trying to develop a circuit pattern to create a resistance of 9
milliohms. This circuit is also required to fuse between 5.0-6.0 amps.
The circuit will be formed on 2 oz. cu., exposed from soldermask and
will be solder coated to IPC standards. Operating temperature is 65C
degrees. I have some generic information concerning copper resistivity
from IPC-D-317A. This spec also refers to IPC-MF-150 for further
detail. I do not have this spec. Any info would be greatly
appreciated.
Thanks,
Rick
