I don't think anyone uses PCBs (polychlorinated biphenyls) anymore...since
it's toxic.  They were used widely as insulation fluids in the older
electrical equipment.  However, because of it's environmental persistence,
you'll still pretty much find it everywhere...including our fat cells.
