We're looking for automated smart labeling equipment.  Does anyone out there
know of equipment that can mark, place, and scan labels at the rate of 
30 per/minute?  The label needs to be placed after the last reflow cycle.

The labels are placed on either the board or on a component and vary in size
from .1" x .3" up to .250" x 1" with 3 lines of text and 25 characters per
line.  Boards are typically in arrays, 5-up to 10-up.   Dimensions for the 
arrays are roughly 5" x 10".
