Dear Mr. Jennens:

You are correct in ascertaining you cannot "pitch em". I have a three
page memorandum from Ms. Sylvia K. Lowrance, Office of the USEPA -
Division of Solid Waste Management; addressing the definition of "scrap
and/or unused printed circuit boards" under RCRA. Please forward me
your fax number and will fax you a copy.

For information on disposing of scrap circuit boards call Herb at
NUSOURCE, 602-921-9636.

There are companies which accumulate "spent" circuit boards and
"trimmings", then send large shipments for subsequent processing.
