Technetters-

I noticed a typo in my request yesterday.  Thought I should clear it up.

I wrote...
"  Keeping in mind....a contradiction between J-STD-001B , section 9.2.5 and 
IPC-A-610B, section 4.4 ?"

It should read...

"  Keeping in mind....a contradiction between J-STD-001B , section 9.2.5 and 
IPC-A-610B, section 4.2.4 ?"

Sorry for the confusion.
