Hi Ronald:
                         It is possible that the Acme type of screws
that move the track are not synchronized and the width is not the same
in the middle. Middle width is either too much or not enough relative to
the ends widths. There is an uneven force on the middle screw and starts
to bind. This is usually caused by a bad stepper motor. Open the oven
and move the track and measure at different widths and see, if this is
the case.

Has anyone in the industry come across a Heller 1500W Oven that begins
to squeak loudly once you move it in from its max width to its minimum
width?
All the noise primarly happens in the middle of the oven once it passes
over the middle support rod.
