        I've just tripped over the IPC-17xx series of qualification
profiles that really seems to have a lot of overlap with what Hugh and
others wanted to achieve with the supplier survey.  These include
IPC-1710  OEM Standard for Printed Board Manufacturers' Qualification
Profile
IPC-1720  Assembly Qualification Profile
IPC-1730  Laminator Qualification Profile
