IPC does have a Polymer Thick Film document, the IPC-TF-870. The TF-870 
committee is currently working on revising this standard as well as write a design 
guide for polymer thick film and related technologies. They will be 
meeting at the IPC Works, Monday October 21 in Naples Florida. Anyone 
interested in getting involved with this group is welcome to come.
