Some people are touchy about job postings, but I like to see them.  I 
have heard that they get a fairly good response.  Headhunters see them 
also. (that may be good or bad)  ATT at Richmond Va just posted a long 
list of about 6 positions recently.  I thought that was great! Go for 
it!  Just be concise.

For the record, I have no authority in any of this.  I am just a user, 
and this is just my opinion.
