Hi TechNetters,

one of my manufacturers has seen some problems with surface mount
tantal capacitors (Size B). The leads cracked during ultrasonic
cleaning.
Does anybody have similar experiences?
Are there any specifications or IPC documents which parts withstand
/withstand not which ceaning procedures?
