I just wanted to thank everyone who replied to my post.  I got several
response from houses who could do the job.  The good news is that cooler
heads prevailed and the decision has been made to respin the main board
instead of doing a band-aid with the proposed daughter board.  Thanks to all
the Technetters for your help
