We are new in Chip on Board and Multi Chip Modules fabrication.
Does any one have suggestion on getting the 'good' technical
references on that field ?
We are also looking for the information about 
related material distributor/vendor addresses
(including die adhesive, bare chip, coating etc). Thank you
for your help.
