Greetings from snowy Indiana -
We are in the process of reviewing all of the test methods associated with
IPC-6012 in an effort to have them updated, if necessary, with the release of
IPC-6012B.
In Method 2.3.15 Purity of Copper Foil or Plating there is a para as follows:
4.3.5 Current source capable of supplying a current density based on the
cathode area of at least 0.6A/dm(2).
I don't know what "d" or "m" stand for in this formula.
Can any of you help?
Susan Mansilla
