ANSI/J-STD-001B clause 6.5.3 Lead Termination Requirements "As a minimum, the lead
SHALL be discernible in the completed solder connection." It's not how much of the
lead you can see but if you can see the end of the lead, you meet the requirement.

On the solder side of the board what is the minimum lead visibility? How
much of the lead should you see sticking through the solder in Class 3?
