Our experience is that there is no all inclusive statement for anywhere
including within our own borders. When it come to dealing with ITAR
controlled data it is always on a case by case basis. I don't have the
link but there are list of approve companies by nation somewhere on the
ITAR web site.

This is a bit of a different question for this forum, does anybody know
what the relationship is between Israel and the States with regards to
out sourcing going in either direction? I am being told that there is no
issues or limits but being ITAR registered we have to play it safe.
After the two guys gave sensitive information to China ITAR is on the
prowl big time lot's of heavy fines flying around.Any information on
this or a direction to look would be greatly appreciated.
