Please note that we have decreased the maximum size of the message you 
can submit to the forum to 30K.

This was done in order to protect you from mail bombings (which happened 
to us recently through a non-IPC mail list) and to prohibit subscribers
from quoting TechNet digest messages entirely.

If you need to post a message greater than 30K, please contact me at 
847-509-9700 ext.311 or at [log in to unmask]

Also, a few bugs were fixed on the IPC Chat session request page: now it 
has a note about announcing the session at least 24 hrs. in advance as well as 
a subroutine that prohibits posting with unfilled fields.
