Linda,
Once upon at time while in the quality group overseen the production
line I came
up with a very simple plastic Go, No Go gauge. It worked very well and not
complicated to use, nor very technical. Think of a square piece of plastic
tapered
on all four side at on end with a channel machined in the center with the
desired
height and width. Good Luck.
Victor,

Technetters,
What type of measuring device do you use to check proper lead length? We
need something to measure .030 on production line. We are currently using 6
inch. Metal ruler but need something a little more accurate.
Thanks for any suggestions.
Linda
