Martin:

Beware!!!!! I used dummy BGA's to verify the reflow profiles and had INVALID results.
Using the dummy parts I saw shorts/opens/... (using x-ray's).  After several months I
realized the dummy
components did not perform the same as REAL parts with die's.  My advise is to ask your
supplier for BGA's
that failed functionally and run your test with these parts.
