Please look closely and you'll see that the URL is wrapped on two lines;
it's a function of the listserv software that we can't control and has
been pointed out a number of times on forum messages. If you paste the
two parts of the URL in your browser the registration page opens right
up.

I'm not sure how this relates to reliability of IPC.

This is the second or third announcement of this webcast....
And in every case, the link to register has been non-functional.

And replies to the sender of the annoucements have gone unanswered.

Kinda makes you lose confidence in the reliability of the IPC...

Or putting it another way, if the members of IPC were half as unreliable
as the IPC, they would be out of business in a New York minute.
