hello,
1. are there recommended stay out area around a pad(s) that need to be
selectively white tin plated. i.e. for the taping process when using a
hasl/selective white tin process?
2. is immersion tin recommended for buss bar applications? what are the
pros and cons
3. a vendor has indicated that white tin is not a recommended process by
the ipc council??? i have not seen this in technet while searching in white
tin..... is there somewhere else i should look??
4. is it not recommended to do a hasl/selective tin process???
