Scott,

MIL-S-13949H Amendement 2 removed the requirement for '2-ply construction
minimum' from the laminate specification.  MIL-P-55110E Amendment 1 also
removed the requirement which specified '2-ply and 0.0035" minimum between
layers'.  Laminate manufacturers must be 'Qualified' for Single Ply
construction.

Both MIL-P-55110E Amendment 1 and MIL-S-13949 Amendment 2 are available for
