Come on Brad,
Everyone knows bigger is better. I worked at a company once where, at lunch,
a little four zone oven could not support the pizza and oriental noodle
cooking contests.
Give me a big old BTU (the one before the Paragon series) standing over my
head, as I am in this thing, and you can cook/burn anything. More zones the
better for me. Can't imagine ever going back to small or less. Just because
the old ovens were over 6 feet tall and nearly 20 feet long should not alter
anyone's thinking. Make more room is my motto. Besides, what do you really
want to do anyway - cook pizza or make quality product? If you can't do
both, you're out of business.
