Dear Rick:
We have been providing Cu - P,T & E testing services for several years, and results of
20% elongation and 43,000 psi tensile are near the upper threshold of attainable
results for electroplated copper and considered highly desirable by our customers;
especially if these results are consistent in both the "vertical" and "horizontal"
directions with regard to the plating orientation of the dogbone pattern in the bath.
Regards,
Ted Stern
