its all about the rinsing, The water must be very clean increasing the
resistivity. The plating bath itself does not have to be higher than 8
meg but the rinse should be much better than 10.

Good morning all. I have a general question for those of you who deal
with electroplating. How critical is the resistivity of the water to the
plating process? I am not talking about impurities in the water, only the
resistivity of it?
