QUALITY ENGINEER
Responsibilities include: Interfacing with customers on all quality issues. 
 Responding to quality problems with corrective actions.  Providing test 
yields and other quality measures.  Researching quality issues.  Required 
qualifications: Bachelor degree in electronics or related field.  Proven 
manufacturing experience and a  minumum of 1 - 3 years in quality.  Must be 
able to communicate well with all levels of personnel.  Completion of ASQC's 
CQE or CQT course helpful.

MANUFACTURING ENGINEER
Responsibilites include: Directing control and optimization programs for 
assembly and/or soldering operations.  Oversee new processes/equipment 
evaluations, implementations, and operating specifications.  Maintain 
written procedures, audit and monitor process performance, and 
identify/investigate/evaluate/propose solutions to manufacturing problems. 
Required qualifications: BS/graduate degree in Engineering. Experience in 
soldering and/or automated assembly with a focus on SMT.  Familiar with 
Statistical Process Control, Designed Experiments and 5 + years 
manufacturing experience.

TECHNICIANS
Entry level tech positions.  Two year degree required in electronics, 
electromechanical technology, automated systems or military equivalent. 
 Excellent promotional opportunities.  Starting wage $10.00/hour with 
reviews every six months for the first three years.

SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER
Responsibilites include: Corresponding with customers in order to complete 
orders/delivery/pricing details.  Overseeing all aspects of customer 
accounts to ensure EAC meets all contract requirements.  Create Process Flow 
Charts, production schedule and Production Release Forms.  Serves as the 
focal point between the customer and production. Required qualifications: 7 
 - 8 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably electronic 
manufacturing.  Degree in electronics a plus.  Must have excellent 
organizational and time managment skills.  Knowledge of quality issues. 
 Must have exceptional communication skills, especially one-on-one.

INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER
Responsibilities include: Analyze/develop/implement projects.  Focus on cost 
reduction strategies. Develop continuous improvements within a cellular 
manufacturing environment.  Monitor projects from start to finish.  Required 
qualifications:  Degree in Industrial Engineering with 2+ years experience 
in manufacturing.  Knowledge of Autocad, Excel, APICS, and ISO 9002 is 
helpful.

CELLULAR MANUFACTURING MANAGER
Responsibilites include: Coordinating cell production.  Ensuring cell is 
meeting production schedule/budget.  Managing all cell personnel.  Acting as 
the spokes person for the cell to upper management.  Required 
qualifications:  Bachelor degree in Business Administration, 
Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management plus 1 - 3 
years production management experience.  Knowledge of inventory control, 
quality assurance, and production scheduling.  Must be able to work well 
with all levels of personnel.

ELECTRONIC MEDIA COORDINATOR
Responsibilities include: Perform diversified clerical and specialized 
technical assignments for the administration of Electronic Media.  Media 
includes: Manufacturing Drawings, BOM, RFQ's, Manufacturing "shop floor" 
data and CAD data.  Develop data requirements and formats for external 
vendors and customers. Required qualifications:  Two year technical degree 
plus two years experience.  Experience in an Integrated Computing 
Environment utilizing e-mail, ft., and internet technologies.  Basic 
understanding of UNIX, Gerber, HPGL, CAM, or CAD systems a plus.
