Thanks for the responses a received from all of you, I have some questions
about de product itself. Is this a product (Poly-Solder LT) used in
assembly industry in order to replace the standard material as Sn/Pb? Does
anyone have debugged and qualified a process with that product?

Is the conductivity, capacitance and impedance of an assembly reflowed by
the polymer solder comparable with an assembly which has been reflowed by
Sn/Pb solder? 

We are getting through a process debug to assemble a heavy SMT connector
which cannot be reflowed by the usual metallic solder due to the processing
temperature (cannot be assemble at the wave machine too). That's why I'm
curious about the polymer solder, our product need to be comparable
regarding  functionnality and reliability assessment if it has to be
assemble with a alternative solder.
