We have seen some corrosion due to the use of liquid flux applied to
assemblies just prior to reflow. Flux fumes can be corrosive if they
can accumulate. The use of nitrogen was shown to eliminate the problem
along with elimination/reduction of liquid flux application.

Dear Technet,

Does anyone ever experience with a new reflow oven, and used for 10 months,
and it got rusted on the inner portion of the oven?
