Hi H.,
You should have been at today's IPC/SOLDERTEC Global Conference on Lead-Free
Electronics in Brussels, Belgium. In the workshops this very topic, among
others, was discussed. The most common LF-metallizations are equally useable with
Sn/Pb solders and LF-solders. The only combination that does not work is
Sn/Pb-coating and LF-soloders containing Bi.
