Subject: [LF] Alocrom and RoHS Compliance
There seems to be some confusion as to whether chromating processes,
such as
the application of Alocrom 1200, etc., are RoHS compliant, with some
Company's claiming that they are, and some claiming not - and offering
RoHS
compliant alternatives.
Two questions, really:
1. Can anyone steer me onto an authoritative source that can either
confirm
or refute compliance?
2. Does anyone know whether these 'RoHS Compliant' alternatives offer
like
for like protection?
