Re:  The WEEE draft on the ICER web site.


The copy of the latest draft that is now on the ICER web site, is a
draft for the 3rd draft.

This is a leaked copy, which should be an internal EU commission
document, and as such not in the public domain. However, I understand
it is now in wide circulation, as evidenced by the ICER web site and
others.

So, the document is not officially available, to answer the previous
question.

Also, you must remember that it is not in its final form, since it is
unofficial, and DGXI (the EU authors) are still being lobbied to change
the document
