Hi Kay, Nic, John, IPC LF Listservers,

We should be expecting these kinds of disconnects to become regular.
As I have written, I still see authors that have wrong or poor information.

Lots needed to be done by now and systems debugged, yet mankind and
governments are tardy till after the deadline(speedlimit).

I do wish the DTI site had version control.

Pretty soon we should be able to read and maybe learn from the German
experience since they will be the first large quantity users of the WEEE.
Even with them I remember there to be a disconnect between the EU
legislation, their detailed DE law, and their put in place practices.

Yours in Engineering, Dave
