Hi All,

AIM has put together a brief study of lead-free wave soldering. In
particular we have looked at copper dissolution and solder maintenance
issues. In short, what we have found is that waste and changeover costs can
dramatically increase with lead-free wave soldering.

I'll be happy to send a copy of this study to anyone who requests it. If
you're interested, just send me a note and I'll forward the PDF to you.

Regards,
David Suraski
