Don't forget Lichtenstein, Norway and Iceland! The application of the RoHS
Directive was extended to these territories, as explained in a footnote to
the UK RoHS Regulations, as follows:
"The application of Directive 2002/95/EC of the European Parliament and of
the Council on the Restriction of the Use of Hazardous Substances in
Electrical and Electronic Equipment (OJ No. L37, 13.2.2003 p.19) as amended
by Commission Decision 2005/618/EC establishing the maximum concentration
values for certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic
equipment (OJ No. L214, 19.8.05, p. 65) was extended to the European
Economic Area from 8th November 2003
by virtue of Decision 147/2003 of the EEA Joint Committee."
EEA stands for European Economic Area.
