Hi Chris, John, IPC LF Listservers,

Chris, I am guessing that when the GB (UK) legislation is written and
official in Jan 2006 it will still have 13 August 2005 in the body of the
legislation as the product dating structure. Back Dating so to speak.

A little odd yet I don't see how they can do anything different.

Is this how you also see it??

Yours in Engineering, Dave

<Where are you getting April 2006 from for UK WEEE????
<The DTi letter clearly states WEEE in the UK will be fully implemented
<as of Jan 2006, BUT with some obligations remaining to be implemented
