Hi Davy-Gordon, and IPC LF Listservers,

Wow a complex message, yet I believe I see your point.

Based on your message, and reading several of these EU documents, my
thought is that the EU authors are not real practicing engineers or
scientists and do not know how to relate documents to each other in the
normal engineering, scientific manner. This of course creates confusion for
anyone who has to apply them.

Just a Thought.
