Hi Chris,

Yes but official communication from the Chinese government, when in English,
and in the actual drafts of the guidance itself where English is used, the
word "Friendly" is used exclusively.

The ONLY place where the word "Protection" appears is in translations from,
and out of the mouths of, AeA's China RoHS Subcommittee.
