I'm not going to get into a discussion about how your proposed US
legislation would be hugely expensive, ineffective, inhibit development,
reduce available markets, while causing a backlash against the US for
protectionism and de-facto global legislation.  If there's one thing I
understand it's sarcasm, and I know you didn't really expect that
legislation to work.  Especially seeing how much difficulty has been cause
by the EU doing just that.

And this really is not a good time to use Boeing-Airbus as an example of
what happens to market share due to quality and delivery issues.  Unless
you really do believe it.
