You've all got to understand how "little" I feel this afternoon. Doing my best to keep the forums focused on technical issues and then I screw up and send an off-hand personal comment to the whole forum in error.

Terms used by communicators to indicate signal strength/quality of various aspects of the signals. Ya just can't get any better than either of these. Coming in loud and clear and fully intelligible.

And all of this because I hadn't seen any leadfree msg traffic for a couple of days and just wanted a confidence check that the forum was ok. My oops and apologies for causing too much traffic. Jack

A message from your IPC that displays on the website:

NOTICE

Despite the tragic events of September 11, 2001, IPC will move ahead with plans for the 2001 Annual Meeting in Orlando, FL, which will take place October 9-13. This Web site has the most current information on the 2001 Annual Meeting.

The U.S. electronics industry is strong and diverse. We will pull through this most recent tragedy and be stronger than ever. We must all continue to work together to maintain our country's social, economic and military strength and vitality. We know that recovery from these events will take time, but are confident in our nation's ability to combat this tragedy and move forward.

Our sympathies go out to the families, friends and communities touched by this horrible tragedy.
