In all fairness, Steve, OUR government wasn't the one that turned the 
electronics industry on their head, we were end run on that.  And they 
don't "allow" China to export lead painted toys - they're being recalled because 
they exceed government laws.

Of course, if you want to rant about China trade protectionism thinly disquised 
as lead free laws while shipping their toxins to the US......
