Greetings,
On reading the on-going discussions on use of Matte Tin or NiPd/NiPdAu as
lead finishes, I would like to know how widely is one lead finish being used
over the other? Despite the fears of whiskering, it seems a number of
manufacturers are opting for the Matte Sn finish. Does anyone have any
comparison numbers? 50-50, 70-30 (in favor of Sn) etc?
Best Regards
Wasef
