I have just been tasked with coming up to speed on lead-free. I am finding
lots of good stuff on the web, but specifically I am trying to pin down the
legislation that is prompting this whole movement. I have seen 2008 and July
2006 as the date of implementation. Can someone point me to the source that
will clear this up for me? Thank you.
