Have you considered changing solder mask colors to identify LF assemblies?

Subject: [LF] marking PWAs as lead-free
The IPC-1066 standard is very clear for marking something that has gone
through the full conversion cycle of lead-free, but for those boards
that are not yet fully converted, what marking schemes have been used?
We have the added wrinkle that some of our boards are submerged in a
dielectric oil and conventional label adhesives tend to desolve in this
oil.
