electronics trade orgs who missed the significance of the pending
legislation back in 1998 and allowed the debacle to descend on us all.>

It might make a difference on his opinion so I will write that I believe
Arnold O is from Germany or some other close EU country and happens to work
in the USA. He by desire or training writes pretty good in English.

I did like his DTI funny pun, although I disagree with DTI being the
villian.
