Hi Tom or Thomi, IPC-LF Listservers,

Neat, that you did these calculations.

This information is great to know yet it seems like promoting speeding at
200k/h in a 189k/h zone.

Tom, remember .1% by weight is eventually going to be a measurement, and a
goof up limit. We on IPC-LF should not promote soldering process management
of .1% by weight.

There will always be that component that just isn't yet LF, so these kind
of calculations do add value.

Yours in Engineering, Dave
YiEngr, MA/NY DDave

P.S. Tom, Those Umlauts still come through clean and kind of neat. Check
them out by going into the ipc.org web site and reading your notes or mine
in reply.
