Greetings
I am curious if there is an accepted or consensus definition of Substance
free. Whether it is lead free, cadmium free, mercury free etc.
Is there an allowable level of a substance which may be present as an
unintended contaminant?
I have seen .1%, .2%, "intentionally added"
Do the European directives on vehicles or ROHS specify any levels?
Thanks for any assistance.
