Ray, DDave et al,

As well as reading the Directive, you may find it useful to see the
document produced by the UK Department of Trade and Industry last August
as guidance to the draft UK regulations. This, anmd other useful
documents, are available from the DTI website at
 www.dti.gov.uk/sustainability/weee/index.htm
