Retention of technical documentation


UK legislation says:



Retention of technical documentation

9. A producer shall retain the technical documentation or other

information in respect of

electrical and electronic equipment referred to in regulation 8 for a

period of four years from the date that he puts the equipment on the

market.





But note no mention of record retention in original directive.
